Kevin Teague Says:

I work 12 hours a day. I’m married. I have kids. If it wasn’t for the hour of yoga Roxanne gives me every week, my body would be a train wreck. I’ve been taking her class every Tuesday for the past two months. And for the one hour a week I have with Roxy, my body gets recharged and she reminds me that I do have a body connected to my brain stem. Thanks Roxy. I can’t thank you enough.

Sean Brennan Says:

For someone like me, who is familiar with yoga but has always been hesitant on participating, Roxanne’s class is a great beginner’s pace. I love taking a break out of the day, or the week even to just relax and center myself. Roxanne takes into account that I am unable to complete all poses and is sincere when she lets me know that I can adjust and still achieve my goal. I thank her for allowing me to participate, and look forward to many more sessions.
Thanks Roxy, you are the best.

Rebeka Levin Says:

I never had taken a yoga class in my life before taking Roxy’s class. I found her class (and subsequent classes I’ve attended) challenging and empowering. I come away with a sense of accomplishment and feel positive about my ability to continue with the class, even if I am not yet at the level of some of the more advanced attendees. She makes sure that everyone is getting challenged at their appropriate level, and encourages people to really reach their full potential. I have some physical therapy issues, one of the reasons I began yoga, and she has taken the time both inside and outside of class to teach me positions that would help improve my condition. Roxy is dedicated to showing everyone the benefits of yoga and gives you the individual attention you need to meet your yogini potential.

Jill Wolfe Says:

Roxy kicks my butt every Tuesday and I love her for it! Her class is challenging and is helping me to move further in my practice. You’re the BEST Roxy! Sweating never felt so good!

Sarah Esmont Says:

Yoga is a great way to give the body some love. It helps me to bring peace to my mind, stretch and move my body that sits for too much of the day, and I always have more energy afterward. Roxy has the makings of a great instructor! She has a real sense of timing, pose flow, and when to “be where you’re at” and when to “push your limits.” I love the balance of her classes and am soooo thankful that I have the opportunity to invigorate my day during lunch time. :) Thanks Roxy!

Annie Says:

Roxy rocks! She has a gift for teaching and explains the sometimes hard to grasp poses so that it is easy for everyone to understand what they should be concious of in each position. She will also kick your butt, make you sweat, and challenge yourself, but always with a smile on your face. Thank you Roxy, for awakening my inner yogi.

Cindy Brandenburg Says:

I just started Roxy’s Thursday class and love it! She is very calming and makes me feel comfortable even with some tough poses. It gives me a great workout and helps center and balance myself. Her class has motivated to incorporate yoga in my life for the long term!

Kristi Caldeira Says:

I don’t think I have ever sweat as much as I have in Roxy’s Power Yoga class on Thursday nights. She knows how to push you to your outermost limits, yet keep a fun, easygoing environment at the same time. Not only have I increased my flexibility, but Roxy has helped me calm my mind as well, which is very important after a stressful day at work! Keep up the awesomeness Roxy, you have definitely made a lifetime yogi out of me!

Nisse Noble Says:

Roxy’s yoga classes are awesome. I’ve always been a bit indifferent about yoga – I’d taken a couple classes at the gym … but it never really felt like a workout I would choose over my regular gym routine. Roxy’s power yoga classes completely changed my opinion. I love her class and have completely replaced my Thursday gym routine with it :) Its not just the yoga itself that is great though, it’s Roxy’s teaching abilities in general. Her presence makes you feel really comfortable with your body and the poses you are doing, and she is very down to earth and welcoming – which is not a trait I had come to expect from most yoga teachers. Kudos to Roxy for showing me that yoga can actually be a fun, enjoyable and kick-butt workout!

Debi Steele Says:

Roxy’s yoga classes have proven to be life changing for me. Roxy’s kind demeanor and confident direction has opened a whole new world to me… A world where mind, body and spirit can be elevated to new found levels of strength, peace and harmony. Thank you Roxy for showing me the way…. Forever grateful, Deb

Malathi Says:

Roxy,

I am very thankful for the regular classes and the interest you take to teach this amazing yoga to everyone. Though I know about the benefits yoga and tried many times I was not consistent at you’re your classes brought real benefits to my life, especially I overcame the side effects of my recent thyroid goiter surgery. I still remember when I started how much I was scared and struggled to do it. In fact I would not have given a try if it is not triggered by you. My confidence about my body is improved and mind is relaxed very much and I am more flexible now than before. When I went to Bikram yoga, SLO they said am doing pretty good for the beginner level. That credit goes to you. Thanks a lot.

Peter Says:

Roxanne teaches in a style that is fun, relaxed, and respectful. She encourages me to push myself. For the first time ever, I was able to kick into a forearm headstand! I like to say that I have the flexibilty of a brick. But thanks to yoga, and Roxanne’s classes, I’m more flexible today than even just a few months ago!

Joel Watkins Says:

Roxy’s lighthearted and challenging approach has made it easy to make a habit of healthy exercise. Her “desk dweller” segments have alleviated and prevented the return of wrist and shoulder pain associated with my computer based job. I often feel a thrill of joy when I realize its time to go to Roxy’s class. Thank you Roxy, for the well-being you bring to my mind, body, and spirit.
